With 132 skiable acres and a northeastern exposure, Catamount holds a special attraction for skiers and riders.

The ski area's trails offer a variety of terrain for every level of ability. From the summit of the Ridge Quad, the double diamond trail Catapult drops 600 feet over an 1,800 foot distance. Upper and Lower Sidewinder offer a mile and a quarter cruiser descending 1000 feet from summit to base. Ridge Run from the summit continuing down the Promenade trails is a 2 mile run to the base area. The Meadows area is complex of 9 green circle beginner trails serviced by the Meadows Triple. By skiing Upper and Lower Glades to On Stage you would be skiing the full 1,000-foot vertical drop. With a distance of more than one mile, it provides one of the best runs in the Berkshires.

Looking for a challenge? Three terrain parks offer an exciting mix of jibs, rails, boxes and jumps!

Catamount's snowmaking and grooming operations are among the best. The White Storm snowmaking system covers 128 of the mountain's 132 skiable acres with over 400 tower mounted electric fan guns.

Catamount skiers will find they have more time to ski, due to shorter lift lines. With six lifts, Catamount has a lift capacity of 8,200 people per hour. Skiers will find "ski right on" during midweek skiing, and only short lift lines during holiday periods.
